  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. green onions, cut in 1-inch lengths
  • 1/4 c. water
