- 1 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 1 large onion, wedge cut
- 1 large nappa (Chinese) cabbage, cubed
- 2 tofu squares
- 1 bunch green onions
- fresh mushrooms
- 10 oz. Skirataki threads or potato noodles
- water chestnuts
- bamboo shoots
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. fish stock (1 cup water, 1/8 oz. Dashi-no-Moto mix)
- 2 to 2 1/2 oz. beef suet
Directions

1Prepare all items.

2Heat 12-inch skillet to 400°.

3Best if cooked at table with electric skillet.

4Melt suet and grease pan evenly.

5Add beef slowly until cooked and push aside in pan.

6Add soy, sugar and stock.

7Allow to heat.

8Add other ingredients and cook.

9Add liquid as needed.
