  • 1 chicken, cut up, or 3 1/2 lb. favorite parts, skinned
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 to 8 rosemary sprigs
  • 1/3 c. butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Place chicken in microwave baking dish.

    Tuck in garlic.

    Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.

    Squeeze juice from lemon over chicken pieces.

    Top with rosemary sprigs.

    Cover; microwave on Roast for 16 minutes.

    Turn pieces and rotate dish. Cover; continue on a Medium setting for 12 minutes, or until tender and done.

    Let stand.
