  • 3/4 c. graham cracker crust
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 c. green or red grapes
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. strawberry halves
  • 1 peach, peeled and sliced

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar and cinnamon; blend well.

    Press into a 9-inch quiche pan or pie plate.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Arrange fruit over crust.

    Brush on Currant Glaze.

    Store in refrigerator.
