- 1 orange (with its juice)
- 1 apple, cored
- 4 or 5 bananas
- additional fruits to your taste: halved red or green grapes, nectarines, peaches, melons, blueberries are all good
- sugar
Directions

1Halve the pineapple chunks in a large bowl.

2Peel and cut up the orange and add.

3As you cut up additional fruits, toss into this mixture to prevent browning.
