  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)
  • 1 unpeeled apple, cubed
  • 2 peaches, peeled and cut in wedges
  • 2 bananas, cut in 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 c. strawberries, halved
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)

Directions

    Layer fruits in a large bowl in order given.

    Spoon orange juice concentrate on top.

    Cover and chill 6 to 8 hours.
