  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cold apple juice
  • 2 c. fresh fruit chunks (strawberries, bananas, peeled peaches)
  • 2 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 10 ice cubes

    Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until thickened. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.
