- 1 cup fresh vegetables chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Directions

1Stir mixture to blend and pour into pie shell.

2Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

3Allow the quiche to cool and firm slightly approximately 5 minutes before cutting.
