  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk or half and half, or 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Directions

    Stir mixture to blend and pour into pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

    Allow the quiche to cool and firm slightly approximately 5 minutes before cutting.
