  • 1 head broccoli, cut in pieces
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (made with skim milk)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 c. plain yogurt

Directions

    Mix sour cream and yogurt.

    Pour over vegetables and cheese. Do not stir.
