  • 6 to 8 c. mixed salad greens, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions or 1/2 medium sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
