- 4 fresh ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- fresh basil, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 container small fresh Mozzarella balls
- 1 lb. tri-color pasta
Directions

1Cut tomatoes into chunks.

2Add finely minced garlic, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil.

3Marinate at room temperature about 2 hours.

4Cook pasta.

5While cooking, add Mozzarella to tomatoes. Drain pasta.

6Top with tomato mixture.

7Serve.
