  • 4 fresh ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • fresh basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 container small fresh Mozzarella balls
  • 1 lb. tri-color pasta

Directions

    Cut tomatoes into chunks.

    Add finely minced garlic, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil.

    Marinate at room temperature about 2 hours.

    Cook pasta.

    While cooking, add Mozzarella to tomatoes. Drain pasta.

    Top with tomato mixture.

    Serve.
