  • 2 lb. hamburger or deer hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/8 tsp. galic powder

Directions

    Mix well with hands and shape into 3 or 4 long rolls.

    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Then bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
