- 5 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. curing salt
- 3 Tbsp. coriander seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mix well, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

2Remove from refrigerator and mix well again.

3Shape into 5 rolls.

4Preheat oven to 150°.

5Place rolls on baking pan and bake 8 hours.

6Turn 2 times during baking.

7Cool and wrap in foil. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
