  • 3 lb. ground deer or beef
  • 1 lb. sausage, if desired
  • 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Mix ingredients, divide into 3 parts, shape into rolls on shiny side of foil.

    Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Poke holes in bottom of foil.

    Place on rack with pan under to catch drippings.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
