  • 2 lb. cheap hamburger
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 Tbsp. Morton tenderizer

Directions

    Combine ingredients.

    Shape into 2 rolls (2-inch diameter). Wrap in foil, shiny side out.

    Refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Next day, prick holes in bottom of foil.

    Bake on broiler rack at 350° for 90 minutes.

    Chill well before serving.
