- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
- 4 fresh tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 2 Tbsp. dry basil
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Mix and set at room temperature covered at least 2 hours; better if it sets several hours.

2Cook 1 pound spaghetti.

3Drain spaghetti.

4While still hot, toss with sauce.

5Once tossed, sit 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.

6Toss again, then serve.
