  • 4 cups fresh chopped spinach leaves
  • 4 tsp. PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
  • 4 whole wheat hoagie s
  • 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 8 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese Singles
  • 4 pears
  • 4 On-the-Go packets
  • 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz

Directions

    TOSS spinach, walnuts, raspberries, onion and cucumber in large bowl.

    Add dressing; mix lightly.

    Divide evenly among 4 plates.

    SPREAD each roll with 1 tsp.
