- 2 or 3 medium summer squash, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 to 12 strips bacon, cut up
- flour
- seasoned salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown bacon, remove all but 1 tablespoon fat.

2Saute onion. Place flour, salt and pepper in a sack.

3Add squash and shake well until coated.

4Then put squash in a greased casserole.

5Add soup to bacon and onions and pour over squash.

6Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
