- 1 medium yellow squash
- salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
Directions

1Cube squash; cook for 8 minutes in saucepan in small amount of salted water.

2Drain.

3Combine egg and tomatoes in bowl; add 1/4 teaspoon salt.

4Add remaining ingredients except bread.

5Place in buttered casserole; place crumbled bread over top.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
