- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- American cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion
- 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Directions

1Boil squash and onion; drain and mash.

2Add butter.

3Beat milk, egg, salt and pepper, then add to squash mixture.

4In 9 x 9-inch pan layer squash, dressing crumbs and American cheese; repeat and top with cheese.

5Sprinkle dressing crumbs on top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
