- 2 lb. crookneck or zucchini squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 box Stove Top dressing
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling, salted water 5 to 10 minutes.

2Drain.

3In bowl combine soup, sour cream and carrots.

4Fold in squash and onion.

5In large mixing bowl, toss melted butter with stuffing mix.

6Spread 1/2 of this mixture into 9 x 12-inch pan.

7Spoon vegetable mixture atop stuffing.

8Sprinkle remaining stuffing over top.

9Bake at 350° to heat through (about 20 minutes).
