- 2 lb. yellow or green squash
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. Herb Seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in water for 5 minutes; drain.

2Stir soup and sour cream together.

3Toss together with squash.

4Mix stuffing mix with melted oleo.

5Spread half of mix in 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan.

6Pour squash mixture over.

7Top with remaining stuffing mix.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
