  • 4 c. sliced, cooked summer squash
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Chopped onion
  • 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
  • Stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Slice and cook squash until just tender and drain. Combine with sour cream, soup, onion and water chestnuts. Top with stuffing mixture and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
