- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cubed patty pan (yellow) squash
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
Directions

1Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.

2Stir in sugar, flour, salt and pepper.

3Add squash and tomatoes.

4Cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
