Ingredients

  • 2 c. summer squash, cooked, mashed and drained
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. grated onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread crumbs (to cover)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs) together; pour into greased casserole.

    Top with crumbs.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until center is set.
