- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 small zucchini squash
- 2 or 3 small yellow squash
- 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 onion (Vidalia or Texas sweet)
Directions

1Cut squash and onion into chunks about 1 x 1/2-inch.

2Place all in a gallon bag.

3Add 2 tablespoons of oil.

4Shake to dampen veggies with oil.

5Add onion soup mix.

6Shake to cover veggies. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

7Cook uncovered for 20 minutes at 450°.

8Stir once.
