- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 c. corn, cut from the cob
- 1/4 c. milk
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Fry bacon in 19-inch skillet until crisp.

2Drain, reserving fat.

3Return 1 tablespoon fat to skillet.

4Add corn and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

5Stir in milk; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

6Add eggs, salt and pepper.

7Cook and stir until set. Serve topped with bacon and cheese.
