- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1/2 small head cabbage
- 4 c. water
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 envelope minestrone soup
Directions

1Chop onion coarsely and fry in pan until golden.

2Add hamburg and brown lightly.

3Add rest of ingredients.

4Heat and simmer all together for about 2 hours.
