- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix ingredients thoroughly. Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight on counter.

2Next morning, turn out on floured board and knead lightly. Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut into rolls.

3Place on greased cookie sheet.

4Let rise 4 to 6 hours. Bake in a 400° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
