- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast (2 pkg.)
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
- 3/4 c. canola oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. whole wheat flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Let sit 5 minutes, until bubbly.

3Mix hot water, honey, oil and salt until honey completely dissolves.

4Add eggs and stir well.

5Add yeast and flour.

6Mix well.
-
7(Add more flour if it sticks to fingers.)

8Shape dough into any type rolls and allow to rise.

9Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 425°.
