- 1 daikon small, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Directions

1In a bowl combine cucumber and radish, salt and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.

2In separate bowl mix vinegar, sugar and ginger powder; stir until sugar dissolves.

3Pour mixture over cucumber and radish and let marinate for 20 minutes before serving.
