  • 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Place crust in pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Use 2-1/2-inch cookie cutter to cut 6 evenly spaced circles in crust, about 1 inch from edge.

    Discard cutouts or reserve for another use.
