- 14 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon tamari
- 4 tortillas (or chapatis)
- 4 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 12 slices colby or 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup alfalfa sprout
Directions

1Mix tahini with lemon juice in measuring cup, add tamari and stir well.

2Lay chapatis out on a counter.

3Spread mix down the center of each chapati, using about 1 tablespoon per chapati.

4Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds over mix on each chapati.

5Lay slices of cheese over sunflower seeds, 3 slices per chapati.

6Next lay spinach leaves over cheese.

7And top with alfalfa sprouts.

8To eat, roll lengthwise until you have a rolled-up log.
