Ingredients

  • 2 small or 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, unthawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including liquid
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • 2 small or 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 3 c. hot water
  • nuts, chopped

Directions

    Combine strawberry Jell-O with 1 1/2 cups hot water; stir in strawberries, pineapple and banana.

    Put in large glass baking dish.

    Place in refrigerator to set.

    When set, spread with the sour cream.

    When strawberry layer is about half set, combine lemon Jell-O with 3 cups hot water.

    Add nuts.

    Place in refrigerator to set to soft stage.

    Spread soft-set lemon Jell-O over sour cream layer and refrigerate until set.
