- 4 c. shredded cabbage (1 lb. or small head)
- 3 medium carrots, shredded
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise, salad dressing or salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar or leftover pickle juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix cabbage and carrots together.

2Cover and chill.

3Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over cabbage and carrots.

4Mix well.

5Chill well in refrigerator.
