  • 4 c. shredded cabbage (1 lb. or small head)
  • 3 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise, salad dressing or salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar or leftover pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix cabbage and carrots together.

    Cover and chill.

    Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over cabbage and carrots.
