- 4 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 8 chicken thighs, skinned
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions

1In a large nonstick casserole, combine rice, chicken bouillon and mushrooms.

2Place chicken on top.

3Sprinkle dry onion soup over top.

4Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
