- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (14 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each egg.

4Add corn and cheese; mix well.

5Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and baking powder together.

6Add dry ingredients and green chilies to bowl.

7Mix well.

8Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour in batter.

9Bake for 30 minutes, until a light brown.
