  • 2 packets Nametake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 1 Dashi stock granules

Directions

    Chop off the ends of the nametake mushrooms and cut into 5 cm sections.

    Combine the ingredients marked in a pot with about 50 ml water, and boil.

    Scum will rise to the surface when boiling the mushrooms.

    Gently skim it off with a ladle.

    Boil for about 5 minutes and serve.

    The remaining liquid will be thickened from the mushrooms.

    Serve as a side dish with sake or rice.

    To preserve, first sterilize glass jar in boiling water.
