- 2 packets Nametake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 Dashi stock granules
Directions

1Chop off the ends of the nametake mushrooms and cut into 5 cm sections.

2Combine the ingredients marked in a pot with about 50 ml water, and boil.

3Scum will rise to the surface when boiling the mushrooms.

4Gently skim it off with a ladle.

5Boil for about 5 minutes and serve.

6The remaining liquid will be thickened from the mushrooms.

7Serve as a side dish with sake or rice.

8To preserve, first sterilize glass jar in boiling water.
