Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups natural-style peanut butter
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup agave nectar (or substitute with 1/2 cup honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix all dry ingredients together.

3Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla - mix well. (I used my mixer - it's pretty dense).

4Grease a 13x9 baking pan - spread mixture into pan (should be about an inch thick).

5Bake for 15-20 minutes.

6Cool and cut into squares. I'm going to refrigerate them (in the hopes they will hold together a little better).
