Super fast chocolate mousse

  • 1 crushed pistachios
  • 250 grams 70% dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 250 ml thickened cream
  • 1 pinch smoked salt (optional)

Directions

    Place chocolate & salt in a steel bowl over a small pot of barely simmering water .

    stir occasionally with a metal spoon until melted take off heat slowly pour in olive oil in to chocolate stir constantly mix well
  3. 3
    meanwhile whip cream until soft peak slowly pour chocolate in while mixing, mix well
  4. 4
    crush salted pistachios
  5. 5
    serve immediately (not good stored in fridge)
