- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sea salt or salt substitute
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 c. molasses or honey
- 1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or cashews
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Directions

2Pour into a large loaf pan and let stand for 20 minutes.
