- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 (12 count) pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Line bottom of greased or Pammed 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with tortillas.

2Brown meat with onion, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drain and spread over tortillas.

3Next, layer beans; do not drain. Slice and layer cheese over beans.

4Cover with remaining tortillas. Combine soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

5Pour over casserole.

6Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 hour.
