  • 4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 slices (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened

Directions

    Spread 2 slices with mayonnaise or salad dressing. Layer each slice of bread with 1 slice cheese, half of the apple slices and another slice of cheese.

    Top with another slice of bread. Spread each outside with margarine or butter and grill 6 to 8 minutes and cheese is melted.

    Makes 2 servings.
