Ingredients

  • 1 c. salad oil or 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. water
  • 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent or salt to taste
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 8 green onions
  • 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 8 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (any flavor)

    Shred cabbage, slice onions; set aside.

    Brown almonds and sesame seed in small amount of oil.

    Crush noodles, add seasoning packages.

    (Do not cook.)

    Make dressing combining oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning.

    Just before serving, put cabbage and onion in large bowl.

    Add noodles, almonds, sesame seed and toss.

    Pour dressing on and mix well.
