- 2 green peppers
- 5 medium onions
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 large bunch celery
- 5 or 6 whole tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 8 beef or chicken bouillon cubes or dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Cut and chop all vegetables into small chunks.

2Boil in water with seasoning and salt and pepper to taste for at least 10 minutes.

3Lower heat and simmer until desired consistency of vegetables is reached.

4Increase or decrease water while cooking to get desired thickness or thinness of soup.
