  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix well and pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese.

    Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
