  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, oleo and chopped nuts.

    Press on the bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Cool completely in refrigerator for several hours (until chilled).
