  • 1/4 ounce mezcal
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces reposado tequila
  • 3/4 ounce manzanilla sherry
  • 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

Directions

    Rinse a chilled double rocks glass with the mezcal; discard the excess.

    Fill a pint glass with ice.
  3. 3
    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and stir well.
  4. 4
    Strain into the prepared glass, pinch the twist over the drink and discard the twist.
