  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds

    Cook celery 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Stir chicken soup and water chestnuts into cooked celery.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Melt margarine.

    Crush Ritz crackers and mix into margarine.

    Add almonds.

    Spread over celery mixture.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly (about 30 minutes).
