   Brown meat.

   Add remaining ingredients, except cornbread mix and cheese.

   Bring to a boil, stirring frequently; keep mixture hot.

   Prepare cornbread mix.

   Pour meat mixture into a shallow 2-quart casserole.

   Spoon cornbread on top.

   Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.

   Top each serving with grated cheese, if desired.
